It is advice on the question you bring, based on the facts you give us on the call — not a review of your records. Where a question genuinely needs one, we say so rather than guess, and tell you what that engagement would cost. **Can I send documents before the call?** Yes. Reply to your booking confirmation with the return, the letter or the statements attached. Keep it to what the question needs; reading a full year of records is a different service. **What if my question needs more than 45 minutes?** We tell you on the call, and quote a fixed fee for the work it would take. The $225 you have already paid is credited against your first invoice if you go ahead within 60 days. **I am already a client. Do I book this?** No. Clients on a fixed-fee engagement can email or call with questions at any time; that is what the fixed fee is for.
