When can I book a consultation?+
Consultations are held on Tuesdays and Fridays. They are free, run about 30 minutes, and take place by video or phone — there is no office visit. Pick any open slot on the calendar and you will get an instant confirmation and calendar invite. If neither day works for you, call or text (604) 832-1743 or send the callback form and we will arrange a time outside the usual days.
Are you currently accepting new clients?+

What if I’m behind on several years of taxes or bookkeeping?+
That’s common and completely fine. We handle catch-up bookkeeping and multiple years of late T1 and T2 returns all the time, and we deal with the CRA correspondence for you. Nothing to be embarrassed about — we’ll just get you current.
What if I’m not sure you’re the right fit?+
The first consultation is free with no obligation. If we’re not the right fit we’ll tell you honestly and point you in a better direction. You risk nothing by talking to us.

Once you authorize us as your representative with the CRA — online through Represent a Client, or with form AUT-01 — we can speak to the CRA on your behalf, respond to reviews and letters, and handle the back-and-forth so you don’t have to. We’ll walk you through the authorization in a couple of minutes.
