Tax & accounting services — everything your business needs from a local CPA

Reviewed by EverStone CPA · July 2026

From day-to-day bookkeeping to corporate tax and CFO-level strategy, EverStone CPA gives Fraser Valley owners one dependable partner — fixed fees, local expertise, no surprises.

Quick answer: EverStone CPA is an Abbotsford-based firm offering corporate tax (T2), personal tax (T1), monthly bookkeeping and accounting, business advisory and fractional-CFO services to incorporated owners across the Fraser Valley and Canada. Every engagement is a fixed fee quoted up front, delivered entirely online.

The services form a stack in which each layer depends on the one beneath it — monthly bookkeeping and payroll, then year-end statements with the T2, then tax planning and advisory, then fractional CFO work — so a business that skips a layer ends up paying for advice built on numbers that were never reconciled
Four layers, each one resting on the one below it.

Services FAQ

What services does EverStone CPA offer?+
Corporate (T2) and personal (T1) tax, bookkeeping and payroll, year-end financial statements and CSRS 4200 compilations, business advisory, and fractional CFO — all under one roof for small businesses across the Fraser Valley.
How much do your services cost?+
Personal tax starts at $100 per return, bookkeeping from $300/month, and fractional CFO from $2,500/month. Corporate tax and year-end statements are quoted after a free consult. We use fixed-fee pricing and quote you up front after a free consultation.
What’s the difference between a CPA and a bookkeeper?+
A bookkeeper records and reconciles transactions month to month. A CPA is a licensed, regulated professional who signs off on financial statements, files corporate tax, represents you with the CRA, and provides strategic advice. Many businesses use both — we can do either or all of it.
When are corporate (T2) tax returns due in BC?+
Your T2 return is due six months after your fiscal year-end; tax owing is due two or three months after year-end depending on whether you’re a CCPC claiming the small business deduction. We track your deadlines so you avoid CRA interest and penalties.
Do you handle GST and PST filings?+
Yes — federal GST (CRA) and BC PST. We set your filing frequency, reconcile sales and input tax credits, file on time, and respond if either authority has questions.
Do you work with clients outside Abbotsford?+
Yes — across the Fraser Valley including Chilliwack, Langley, Mission, Surrey and Maple Ridge, plus remotely throughout BC. All work is done securely online — video calls and phone — wherever you are.
Fixed feesClear, fixed pricing — you approve the fee before any work begins. No surprise bills.
One dayWe reply to every enquiry within one business day — usually the same day.
CPA-ledEvery file is handled personally by a CPA — never passed to junior staff.
No obligationYour first consultation is free, with zero pressure and no obligation.

Two of the decisions we work through most often with owner-managers: the bonus-versus-dividend calculation at year end, and whether paying a spouse a salary makes sense for your business.
