How quickly will you respond?+

Yes. Sending an enquiry is free with no obligation. We review your situation, answer your questions by email and provide a clear fixed quote before any work begins.
How do we work with clients?+
We work entirely online. Consultations are by video, so you can connect from anywhere in BC, Alberta, Ontario and Manitoba — no travel, no waiting room.
What are your hours?+
We work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, and reply to email within one business day. During tax season we’re often available for evening and weekend appointments by request.
Are you taking on new clients?+
Yes — we’re actively welcoming new individuals and businesses across the Fraser Valley. The best first step is an email enquiry: we’ll make sure we’re a good fit, answer your questions, and give you a clear fixed quote before anything begins.
Where are you located?+
The practice is fully virtual — consultations run by video, and documents come in through secure upload. Clients in BC, Alberta, Ontario and Manitoba are served the same way, without a drive. Email gets the fastest reply; the phone number is (604) 832-1743.
What should I have ready before the first call?+
Your most recent tax return, your current bookkeeping file or bank statements, any CRA correspondence, and a short list of what is actually bothering you, a missed deadline, a letter you do not understand, or a decision you keep deferring. Nothing needs to be organized first. The purpose of the first call is to scope the work accurately so the quote you get is a fixed one.
