Why EverStone exists
EverStone CPA Inc. was founded in 2023. It exists because too many owner-managed businesses hear from their accountant once a year, get passed between staff, and receive an hourly invoice they did not expect.
EverStone works the other way. The CPA who quotes your work does it, and the fee does not go up because you asked a question. That is what this CPA firm is built around: one accountant on the file, an email reply within one business day, and a fee agreed in writing first.
The work covers corporate tax and bookkeeping to personal returns, advisory and fractional CFO support. Most clients are owner-managed corporations: professional and consulting firms, construction and trades, retail and ecommerce, transportation and other service businesses whose finances have outgrown a do-it-yourself approach.
The aim is simple: know your numbers, tell you plainly where you stand, and plan the year ahead rather than only report the last one.
