Get a fixed quote, or book a video consultation

Two ways to start, both free and without obligation. Most business owners begin with a quote request by email. If you would rather talk it through first, book a 30-minute video consultation. Meet the CPA you will work with. Just one question? Ask it here.

Request a fixed quote

Tell us about the business in a few lines. A CPA replies by email with the scope and a fixed fee, usually within one business day. No call needed.

Book a free consultation

Thirty minutes by video with a CPA. Answer a few questions so the call starts with your situation, then pick a time.

Five short fields. More detail helps, but nothing beyond these is required. Prefer to talk? Book a video consultation instead.

No obligation. You receive the scope and a fixed fee in writing, and work begins only after you agree to both. Please do not send SINs, business numbers or documents through this form.

Free, 30 minutes, by video

Choose a consultation time

Answer a few questions first, so the call is spent on your business rather than on introductions. Then pick any open time for an instant confirmation and a calendar invite. Nothing starts without a fixed fee agreed in writing.

Before you pick a time

Your answers come with the booking, so the call starts with your situation.

Nothing is sent until you book. Rather write first? Email us instead.

Trouble loading the calendar? Email us and we will book it by hand.

Common questions

Enquiry FAQ

Are free consultations available?+
Yes. A 30-minute consultation by video is free and comes with no obligation. Many clients email us first, so the call can start from what we already know; either way works. Ask a question →
How quickly will I hear back?+
Within one business day, usually sooner. The reply comes from a CPA, not an automated queue, and it tells you the next step and what it costs.
I just have one question. Is this the right form?+
For a single question, the quick question form is faster and free. For a deeper conversation without becoming a client, there is the Advice Call: 45 paid minutes with a CPA.
Are you currently accepting new clients?+
Yes — we’re taking on new small-business and personal-tax clients. Send an enquiry and we’ll confirm by email whether we’re a good fit for each other.
What if I’m behind on several years of taxes or bookkeeping?+
That’s common and completely fine. We handle catch-up bookkeeping and multiple years of late T1 and T2 returns, and we deal with the CRA correspondence for you. Say so in your enquiry and the reply will include a catch-up plan.
What happens after I send it?+
You get an automatic confirmation by email straight away, then a reply from a CPA with the next step and a fixed fee in writing. If we need anything else to quote accurately, we ask by email. Nothing starts until you agree to it.
Fixed feesClear, fixed pricing. You approve the fee before any work begins. No surprise bills.
One dayWe reply to every enquiry within one business day, usually the same day.
CPA-ledEvery file is handled personally by a CPA, never passed to junior staff.
Fixed quoteYou leave the first call with a written fixed quote, and nothing starts until you approve it.
